El Salvador Siberia Review

Ken Davids tells us what we already knew – that we’ve got a seriously stunning coffee on our hands!  Our El Salvador Siberia just scored ninety-four points on the Coffee Review website!  Carmen and Rafael Silva produce this excellent coffee, and we’ve been working with them to bring it in since discovering it in the Cup of Excellence auction in 2005.  This coffee has taken us by storm – I can’t tell you how many serious coffee people have told me it’s become their favorite.  It’s time for us to start making some noise about this awesome coffee.     It’s one of my favorites for sure. I love its versatility – it shines when brewed as drip or press, showing sweetness and balance, brightness and spice. It’s also an intriguing single-origin espresso, exhibiting spicy milk chocolate notes, tomato juice acidity and a smooth, lingering finish.
