I thought we should celebrate, at our next season-appropriate Sunday Public Cupping, on July 10th!
I am really excited about this class in particular, as I am a huge fan of iced coffee. I have been on the search for the best way to make it at home, to make the tastiest cold coffee, without watering it down.

I invited our very own Portland representative, Marcus Young, to lead this class – as I had heard a rumor he had iced coffee down to a science! He will be sharing these skills with us, teaching us how make freshly brewed iced coffee, using a variety of brew methods. It is sure to be a wonderful experience.

With the warm summer months hopefully on their way, fans of coffee should be able to create and enjoy their favorite beverage on the rocks – don’t you agree?
